Have been in many caffe nero with my tiny dog, this is the first one where I've been asked to remove my dog off my knee, the dark haired guy thought he'd come over when it was busy to tell me to put the dog on the floor. Wrong bloke in job, not only did he send the message to me but other people there looked bemused at the incident. Sorry will be using a alternate cafe now.

This was a fantastic shop to dine in at, where a sofa is situated by the window appropriately for those sunny days! I enjoyed a quality Americano for less than £ served by a friendly staff member, who took a remade one to my table after I accidentally placed the first drink down too hard. The seating is comfortable and cleanliness was maintained, also I had two delicious ginger biscuits for less than £!
